The Sixth International Exhibition “Property Abroad” will be held during two days on 19-20 March 2010 in the Ukrainian House (http://www.ukrdim.org.ua/).
The demand for foreign property is steadily growing among the Ukrainians. The number of interested in acquiring foreign square meters has doubled since the beginning of 2009.
The most interesting countries for the Ukrainians are Bulgaria, Spain, Cyprus, Italy, Croatia and Turkey. More recently appeared clients interested in property in the United States, France, Greece and Germany (the results of the “DEC Property” poll).
The majority of respondents are ready to spend up to 100-150 thousand euros for buying property. The most popular is “primary” property, as a rule, total area apartments of 100 sq. m. with full decoration and build-in modern appliances worth up to 100-150 thousand euro. The second popular variant (as among the Ukrainians, as among the foreign investors) is “Student properties”. It is a small (total area of 30-35 sq. m) and low-cost (up to 1000 euros per m2) studio apartments in big European cities.
If we consider the target preferences, then two positions are clearly in lead: "for life" and "for investments". Buying dwelling abroad, on the one hand you can enjoy the comfortable vacation in your own home, and, on the other hand, the possibility to earn on rent. Another important aspect is to get profit by increasing the cost of the property. Now the buyer has a real opportunity to buy property at an affordable crisis low price. The cost reduction and the attractive offers that have appeared at property market expand the range of buyers on the middle class representatives. Such cities as Kiev, Donetsk, Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk are the leaders of the consummation of the transaction of purchase and sale of foreign property.
Of course, analyzing the number of past and projected transactions, it should be noted that the influence of crisis is being felt in this segment of property too. But the experts and market operators note the start of stabilization and positive momentum. And this means ACTUAL SELLING!
